Often times Robotech is widely known for known for its transforming Veritech fighters leaving the sturdy Destroid in the shadows. But not this time, thanks to Robert Elwell (a.k.a. Viper on RTX) who launched www.destroidslastdance.com to showcase his creation.

The cleanly designed site features an image gallery, forum and guestbook.

Welcome to the home of 'The Destroid's Last Dance', a fiction novel based in the Robotech Universe, and centered around the lesser-known, non-transforming combat mecha known as Destroids.

Setting

Purgatory Station A bland, decrepit hell in the middle of nowhere.  Once, it was meant to be a strategic guard station, but now it only serves as a place where pilots and careers go to die.

Main Characters

Dyson McCrae Once, he was a legendary destroid pilot, but lately, he's simply been serving a sentence for a crime he unwittingly commited against his superior.

Rachel Keller A brilliant young pilot, she's finally close to living her dream of serving with the man who inspired her, a man she respects and loves.  But will she have enough time?
