Eyeballing it, I'd have to say that Reflex Point covers the land around modern-day Owosso, MI out to a radius of several miles.
The first map it's from the animation ep 75 Separate Ways (15 - The Ballad of Breaking Up G.C.M) and I found a second one from animation ep 68 Eulogy (08 - Johnson's Elegy G.C.M)

The reason I asked is because I've been buying tons of old anime magazines and came across this. Don't think I have ever seen it before. Shows the route the characters took to Reflex Point all so marked by episodes.
