Are they re lauching Macross Chronicle?? But this time it will be 80 issues instead of 50??? I'm confused

No, that's right. It's the "revised and expanded" version.

The did the same thing with Evangelion Chronicle (first run: 30 issues. Second run: 40 issues) and are currently doing it with Gundam Perfect File (first run: 150 issues. Current run: 180).

For those that didn't grab it the first time around, this is the perfect time to do so.

So here we go again!!! Just when I thought that I only had to come up with $500 to buy the bluray set of SDF Macross, something else gets thrown into the mix...

I sure hope, that whatever is planned for the 30th anniversary, its included in this new edition.

Well...considering that, at 80 weekly issues, it won't reach the end until Fall 2013...yes, it may indeed include stuff that hasn't been made yet.

Looks like they're currently doing a test run at 7-11s in Hiroshima. If it's popular there, they'll expand and relaunch...

So... it's only a test run huh? Kind of odd that they will advertise this they way they did if its only a test run. I truly hope it becomes a national as I would like to eventually expand my collection. Regards...
