Bandai / Tamashii was going to manufacture the Veritech Ver. for Toynami as an OEM type product. These versions would be missing the Bandai branding on the plastic parts, so Toynami could distribute them overseas. For those wondering the project was not stopped by BW it was someone at Bandai's corporate office that stopped it for their own reasons. Bandai was working with Toynami on distributing some of their products but Bandai eventually broke that off as well and is now working with another distributor in the US. However Megahouse is a division of Bandai and RT.com is still currently selling the Megahouse Mospeada Ride Armors with Toynami distribution stickers so the two companies probably still have unfinished business between them.
