A little note on Live Action

So i was just finished watching a special on the history channel about dogfights of the future(airplanes not dogs). The show's description says this:

Take an unprecedented look at the aircraft of tomorrow and the tactics that will determine air superiority above the battlefield of the future. Profiled are the F-22, F-35 and Eurofighter Typhoon as well as adversaries such as the Russian Su-35 and Su-37 and Chinese Chengdu J-10. Watch as these aircraft engage in realistic air combat scenarios. Interviews and computer graphics will give viewers a unique look at how advanced avionics, stealth technology, and extreme performance will be combined in the future.

If you haven't seen the show, check it out. It really opens your eyes to the differences between generation 4 airplanes (F-14 and migs) and gen 5 (F-22 ). It seems less likely with all these advances that they might use the F-14 tomcat in the live action film. Watching the show also makes me realize how impractical a real transforming airplane-robot is. But I guess it IS practical when you are fighting three-story high aliens.

I just want to see the F-14 on the big screen again. Its such an awesome plane.
