This thread is especially dedicated to Macross fans who are diehard lovers of Macross songs ranging from Lynn Minmay, Sharon Apple, Fire Bomber to Sheryl Nome & Ranka Lee.

Many of the thing that makes Macross a longstanding franchise are obviously the musical tracks. On a personal level, Macross musical themes influenced me to appreciate anime the likes of K-ON, Nodame Cantabile, BECK - Mongolian Chop Squad which featured music as the central theme of the respective animes.

Composed by the late Kazuhiko Kato (1967 - 2009), the song become THE Macross song that endured 3 decades of Macross franchise.
