CURRENTLY FANS ARE WORKING ON THEIR STORYS SO THERE IS NO DEADLINE SINCE I CAN GIVE IT TO HER AS SOON AS WE DONE WITH IT. WE STILL SPREADING THE WORD AROUND THROUGH SPANISH PODCAST AND HERE.

SO WILL GIVE A WEEKS NOTICE WHEN WE ABOUT READY TO PRINT.


NOW ON THE FANDOM AWARD BOOK ME AND DAVID WERE THINKING ABOUT DOING, I THINK WE CAN ADD SOMETHING AS WELL. THE COVER OF THE BOOK SHOULD HAVE THE SAME FEEL AS THE MEMORIAL BOOK. IN MEMORY OF CARL MACEK FOR THIS YEAR.

GOTTA TALK TO DAVID ABOUT THIS. MAYBE HAVE SOMETHING A LITTLE EXTRA ON CARL OR SPECIAL NOTES.

Desde RobotechX nuestro amigo Memo ha tenido la brillante idea de la realizacion de un Libro de Recuerdos para Carl Macek, en el cual se pondran los post y recuerdos dedicados a Carl.

La idea seria incorporar todos los mensajes dedicados a él en este foro, de la parte en castellano por un lado y de la parte en inglés por el otro, además de lo cual podrán tener alguna imagen siempre que se mantenga un formato que sea simple.

Nos interesan tambien todas las cosas que se le tributen, poemas, temas o canciones (pasar el link por favor), ilustraciones.

Luego la intención es poner todo lo que sea posible en el libro y dárselo personalmente a la esposa de Carl: Svea, como una forma de acercarle a la familia el sentir de todos los que querian a Carl y su obra, teniendo en cuenta que no sera posible para muchos estar presentes en el funeral.

Seria muy bueno poder tener en los mensajes las experiencias y recuerdos de los fans, de lo mucho que significó Carl para ustedes.

Juntamente a Memo, en la parte en inglés estará trabajando para esto Dartillion y Juan en la parte en castellano.

Pueden usar este topic o bien dirigirse a los enlaces anexados mas arriba.

Se pide simpleza y claridad en los mensajes, como asimismo necesitamos que se agrege el país y estado, provincia o ciudad de origen para que la familia pueda tener una idea de la variedad de sitios de los que provienen los fans de Carl-.

Toda idea o colaboración será bienvenida.

Hey all - ValkyrieX2 from RT.com here (for some reason, my screen name there wouldn't work, so here I am as Valkyrie-X. Anyhoo...)

I promised to submit my photo I had with Carl Macek from last year's Comic-Con. Here's the link - hope it works, and that it's not too late to be submitted for inclusion.

I'm just about finished on the 3d render. Had run into some program glitches, and its been taking 1hr 20 mins all the way up to 5 thru 9 hrs for complete test renders in trying to solve the rendering issues.

I wanted an evening sunset but I guess thats where the program bugs are at currently. Instead of smooth shadows and shadow gradients, its coming up dark, blotchy and pixelated. Its below my personal standards.

I've found a few workarounds, and hopefully can upload it here in the next couple days. Hopefully the deadline isn't up yet.
