WHY BUY A ANOTHER ANIME WHEN THEY CAN MAKE THEIR OWN? WE SAW THAT IN SHADOW CHRONICLES. THEY DON'T NEED TO BUY. THEY CAN MAKE THEIR OWN.

No they didn't,all they made was Haydonites.The rest was made in Genesis Climber.

As for making their "own" well it would be nice if they got Carl back and dubbed this anime as Shadow Rising and try to use this to save Robotech from its comatose state and bring it life for the so called big 25th anniverary bash.
