Disagree with the above posts. My take on Lisa Hayes has always been that she is a mature, talented, intelligent "beautiful" woman...not the "hot little girl" that Minmei's character would be.
If this were 10 years ago, I'd have gone immediately for Julianne Moore. A character who has the ability to be a command figure...not just some hot suit.
As it stands now though, she's too old. But I think Lisa Hayes should NOT be some young hot thing. She should be late 20's at least. Personal opinion.
