I don't even have a job, but I'm still planning on moving soon. X_X If you don't need to move then you shouldn't. It's a big hassle and an added expense.

I would let your landlord know about the water and electric situations. You don't need to make a big deal of it, just inform him in case something happens in the future.
Hasn't done anything stupid enough to get banned from any forum.....yet.

I don't have a job either lol =[ but you're right though, if I don't need to, I shouldn't so I can just tolerate these idiots until I save up enough to find a bigger place.
