Ok i admit i'm bored out of my mind here so please pardon the cheesey post however.

Earlier i was reminded of an old video game i used to play Earthsiege. (pardon my spelling i know it's bad) This game actually had one of my favorite moments of most of the games i've played to date.

It's kinda dated i know but There were occasionally missions that were long probes into enemy territory where you knew there was a chance of running into something way more powerful then your Herc could handle. Earth Siege didn't always fairly match your Herc up to the enemy, accumulative battle damage along with supply shortages and lack of Salvage could leave you with a less then optimally functional Herc. These missions were made eerie by the heavy fog that reduced your vison and the sound of your Hercs feet. The patrols were made frightening by the sounds of the enemy Hercs. You would be plodding along hearing only the constant thump of your own foot fall but everyonce and awhile you would hear an extra low impact tremor(like the T-Rex in JP) You would stop and it MIGHT stop,*just your mind playing tricks on you* but sometimes just as I stoped to listen( my radar was jammed so i was blind beyond visual range) My threat detector would go nutz and this huge freakin Cybrid Herc would come out of the haze to obliterate me in seconds lol.

That has always kinda been my favorite moment in the various games i've played.

Second would be anytime you hear the original cast speak in Robotech Battle Cry lol.

Mine has to be ACTRAISER for the SNES.

When one of the villagers got lost in the sand, he was dying and the last thing he wanted to feel before he died were the tears of his god, rain that "I" the user could invoke.

That was cool.

LOL that game..... I used to put in dirty names just because I found it hilarious when the angel dude was talking to you.
especially when he says "sir butthole" XD okay immature moment I know.....

Anyways for my favorite game moment this is something really silly I used to do in SNES Legend of Zelda
You know the main village you have to go to? Well I found out you could pick up the chickens.... so I would and I'd throw them at the villagers hehe, especially that one that always runs away from you so I spent most of my time throwing chickens than playing the actual game!

my 'fave gamer moment' was in SSBM (super smash bros melee)

i had met the requirements for marth, and was using Samus, my all-time best SSB chara, well, soemhow Marth got me up to like 990% dmamage without koing me,

then a bob-omb show up,

next thing was a 'play catch' that lasted a good minute

finally i chucked bob-omb toward him ad fired a missile...

both hit marth at the same time, KOing him, and unlocking him

he only had about 500% max dmg


it was fun, but boy my arm was sore form all the button mashing
