I have over 7000 comics in my collection but this is my pride and joy.
only 3000 copies in 1984 of this book made. This is the only comic in the Overstreet price guide not to have a price listed by it. very rare book.
Bought it at a flea market for $.50. I have seen it on e-bay at a 9.6 cgc grade list for $15000. 9.6 is the highest graded copy.
This is a first printing.
