I think this is Robotech, but I'm not sure. Does anyone regocnize it?

Dave,

It's not Robotech. It's from another anime called Super Dimensional Orguss. I believe it was called a Nikick.. It seems to be missing a few things though..

yep, like Mark said that bad guy is a Nikick from Super Dimension Century Orguss, actually the Athena’s version and judging for the look might be a Takatoku Gerwalk Nikick 1/40 or 1/60 Scale.
