DC Comics is re-introducing 52 titles in Aug and Sept., wouldn't it be cool if they started a new Robotech comic series. With so many of their titles getting makeovers it would likely be a re-imagining or reboot of Robotech. Maybe they could even have crossovers with other DC titles, that might be interesting and bring in new interest to Robotech. This is only speculation based on the DC reboot of course.

Damn surfer, I thought this was an actual update. At this point, it would be nice to just see anything bearing the Robo Tech name on a comic book shelf.

THEY PROBABLY WOULD WHEN WB DECIDE TO GREEN LIGHT THE MOVIE AND GET SOME SENSE INTO DOING CROSSOVERS. ALIEN VS PREDATOR COME INTO MIND. BUT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE WELL WRITTEN.

It's confirmed...there WILL be a new Robotech comic in September, as rtsurfer astutely (and quickly) noted. Moreover, it's an Elseworlds tale starring Superman!

I wouldn't go THAT far. Considering the last few comics were essentially a pile of feces between a pair of covers, I ain't gonna jump for joy.

Still, it'd be nice to see an actual Robo Tech item at at least some of the comic stores I visit.
