Supposedly if you make a ginger+lemon+honey shot in the morning that's a great immune booster. Adding a pinch of tumeric doesn't hurt either.

Feeling better myself actually, just wish my parrot would stop being a little asshat. He goes crazy and begs for food when I'm eating. and sometimes I give in so in other words I'm an enabler. He is cute though which is why I give in so easily and oh yeah always wants to be held it kind of annoying but at least hes sweet.

It's a bummer being sick any time. Everything you need to do gets put on hold or pushed back until you're better. Needless to say I've got a lot of cleaning to do now that I'm a lil better.

Glad you're feeling better too.
Sadly I ate like crap when I was sick so that didn't help me to feel any better. Ugh I really gotta change my diet up, especially since too much sodium and sugar triggers my migraines.

I changed to a crap-free diet several years ago after a surprise cancer surgery and I don't miss the crap
